2.1 Orders
The online store pieksa.art conducts the sale of products through the Internet. Information about the offer is available at https://pieksa.art/. The store’s customer can be a natural person with full or limited legal capacity, as well as a legal person or organizational unit without legal personality. Orders from customers are accepted through the website https://pieksa.art, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
To place an order, the customer is obligated to:
– Select the product
– Provide the shipping address and the address for issuing the invoice
– Choose the payment method
2.2 Delivery method
The ordered products will be delivered through courier services to the postal address specified in the order. The customer bears the delivery costs of the ordered products, which are added to the total order value. The delivery costs are specified each time in the store, taking into account the carrier’s tariffs.
2.3 Order preparation time
The ordered products will be shipped within a maximum of 14 business days from the acceptance of the order. Shipping delivery time is driven by the external courier company. E.g. for Poland it is declared up to 7 working days.
3. Prices
Prices listed on the website are gross prices, inclusive of VAT.
4. Payment methods
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and quick online payments via Autopay.
5. Right of withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract without stating a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned product.
6. Return procedure
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchased product within 14 days from the date of its receipt. To initiate a return, please contact our store via email at pieksa.art@gmail.com. Upon receiving information about the return, we will provide instructions for the return address. It is important that the artwork is returned in an undamaged condition and in its original packaging. The customer covers the return costs. Upon receiving the returned product, we will refund the purchase amount to the customer’s account within 14 business days.
7. Complaints procedure
7.1 Transportation damages
If the product is delivered with visible damages to the packaging or content, please immediately report this to the courier and send photos documenting the damages to pieksa.art@gmail.com. The customer should refuse to accept the damaged goods. Upon receiving the report, we will contact the customer to determine the next steps.
7.2 Hidden defects
In the case of discovering hidden defects, the customer should promptly inform us via email at pieksa.art@gmail.com. Please attach photos documenting the defects to your report. Upon receiving the complaint, we will contact the customer to discuss the details of the complaint.
7.3 Non-compliance with the contract
If there is a discrepancy between the purchased artwork and the contract, the customer has the right to file a complaint within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, provided that the non-compliance is reported within 2 days of its discovery. Upon receiving the complaint, we will provide instructions for returning the artwork to our address.
8. Personal data protection
The pieksa.art online store is the Administrator of the Customer’s Personal Data. Personal data is protected in accordance with the Act of August 29, 1997, on the Protection of Personal Data (consolidated text: Journal of Laws No. 101, item 926, as amended) in a manner preventing access by third parties.
By placing an order with the pieksa.art online store, the Customer consents to the inclusion of their personal data in the pieksa.art online store’s database and their processing for the purpose of contract fulfillment. Providing personal data by the Customer is voluntary, but failure to consent to their processing prevents the online store from fulfilling the order. The Customer is responsible for providing accurate personal data.
The Customer’s data will be made available to payment processing companies, which are also Personal Data Administrators.
The Administrator ensures the security of the personal data provided by the Customer, especially against access by unauthorized persons. 9. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
The store reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions. Customers will be notified of any significant changes. These terms and conditions are effective as of January 1, 2024.
