I. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE “Pieksa Print” GIVEAWAY (English)
1. The giveaway is organized by:
Pieksa / Filip Piekara
2. The sponsor of the prize is Pieksa / Filip Piekara.
3. The aim of the giveaway is to select 1 winner who:
– in the comment under the post, will include a comment with a number from 1 to 3, depending on which giclee print design they liked the most.
– likes the giveaway post on Instagram.
– follows the @pieksart account on Instagram.
– shares the giveaway post in their Instagram story.
From all the individuals who meet the giveaway criteria, 1 winner will be randomly selected.
4. The giveaway runs from April 5 2024, to April 9 2024.
5. The results of the giveaway will be announced in the comment section under the post on April 10th 2024.
6. Winners, after the announcement of the results, are required to contact via email at pieksa.art@gmail.com by April 12, 2024.
Failure to contact will result in forfeiture of the prize.
7. The prize in the giveaway is a giclee print according to the design selected by the individual in the giveaway comment.
8. The exact delivery or pickup date will be arranged individually with the winner after the results announcement.
9. By entering the giveaway, the Participant agrees to publicly announce the results on the Instagram social media platform.
10. Participation implies automatic consent to the publication of personal data such as (first name, last name, Instagram profile name).
11. Questions regarding the giveaway should be directed to: pieksa.art@gmail.com
12. The Organizer reserves the right to change the provisions of these Regulations, provided that it does not affect the worsening of the conditions of participation in the Contest. This applies in particular to changes in the deadlines for individual giveaway activities and changes in the prize specifications. The amended Regulations shall apply from the date of their publication.

II. REGULAMIN KONKURSU “Pieksa Print Giveaway” (Polish)
Regulamin konkursu organizowanego przez:
Pieksa / Filip Piekara
1. Konkurs organizowany jest pod nazwą “Pieksa Print Giveaway”
2. Fundatorem nagrody jest Pieksa / Filip Piekara
3. Celem konkursu jest wyłonienie 1 zwycięzcy, który::
– w komentarzu pod postem zamieści komentarz z numerem od 1 do 3 w zależności, który wzór wydruku giclee najbardziej mu przypadł do gustu.
– polubi post konkursowy
– zaobserwuje konto @pieksart na Instagramie
– udostępni w swoim story na instagramie post konkursowy
Spośród wszystkich osób, które spełnią kryteria konkursowe wyłoniony losowo zostanie 1 zwycięzca.
4. Konkurs trwa od 5 kwietnia 2024 do 9 kwietnia 2024.
5. Wyniki konkursu zostaną ogłoszone 10 kwietnia 2024 w komentarzu pod postem.
6. Zwycięzcy po ogłoszeniu wyników są zobowiązani do kontaktu drogą mailową pod adresem pieksa.art@gmail.com do dnia 12 kwietnia 2024.
Brak kontaktu oznacza rezygnację z nagrody.
7. Nagrodą w konkursie jest wydruk giclee wg. wzoru, który został wytypowany przez daną osobę w komentarzu konkursowym.
8. Dokładny termin dostawy lub odbioru zostanie ustalone indywidualnie ze zwycięzcą po ogłoszeniu wyników.
9. Zgłaszając się do konkursu Uczestnik wyraża swoją zgodę na publicznie ogłoszenie wyników na portalu społecznościowym Instagram.
10. Wzięcie udziału jest automatycznym wyrażeniem zgody na umieszczenie danych osobowych takich jak imię, nazwisko, nazwa profilu na instagramie.
11. Pytania związane z konkursem proszę kierować pod adresem: pieksa.art@gmail.com
12. Organizator jest uprawniony do zmiany postanowień niniejszego Regulaminu, o ile nie wpłynie to na pogorszenie warunków uczestnictwa
w Konkursie. Dotyczy to w szczególności zmian terminów poszczególnych czynności konkursowych oraz zmian specyfikacji nagrody.
Zmieniony Regulamin obowiązuje od czasu jego publikacji.
